  • Scan of 3 rooms – Thermographic scan for moisture intrusion in walls and ceiling.

Included in package #1 is a mini report showing thermal pictures taken with temperature analysis.

Additional items that may be added.

  • Full comprehensive report with detailed solutions $100 USD.
  • Full comprehensive report on electrical panel measuring voltages and currents for all circuits $150 USD.
  • Testing of individual electrical outlets (in the 3 rooms) $100 USD

Package #2 – homeowners Solar package $249 USD.
Thermographic scan of up to 6 solar panels, 4 battery banks, 1 charge controller and 1 inverter.

  • Thermographic scan of solar panels – scanning for excessive heat caused by failed solar cells (failed open or failed to a short), poor connections.
  • Scan of battery banks – scanning for excessive heat caused by overcharging, shorted battery cells, loose battery post connections
  • scan of charge controller and inverter – scanning for excessive heat caused by overloading, improper wire size, loose connections.

Included in package #2 is a mini report showing thermal pictures taken with temperature analysis.
